An election was held in Rochester South and Horsted ward on 2 May 2019 to elect three councillors.
Prior to the election, all three seats were held by the Conservatives. Following the election, the Conservatives held all three seats.
Trevor Anthony Clarke, Sylvia Mary Griffin and Rupert David Fearon Turpin were elected as councillors for the ward.
