An election was held in Rochester East ward on 3 May 2007 to elect two councillors.
Prior to the election, both of the seats were held by Labour. Following the election, Labour held both of the seats.
Nicholas Paul Bowler and Teresa Margaret Murray were elected as councillors for the ward.
