Mark Wallbank

Mark Wallbank is a former Liberal Democrat councillor for Gillingham North East division on Kent county council. They represented the electoral division between May 1989 and March 1998.

In addition to Gillingham North East, Mark represented Priestfield ward on Gillingham borough council between May 1988 and May 1996.

Mark has stood in two elections to Kent county council and two elections to Gillingham borough council, and won each of those elections.
