Mark Bowman

Mark Bowman is a former Liberal Democrat councillor for Horsted ward. He represented the ward between April 1998 and May 2000.

In addition to Horsted, Mark represented Horsted ward on Rochester-upon-Medway city council between May 1991 and March 1998.

Mark has stood in one election to Medway council and two elections to Rochester-upon-Medway city council, and won each of those elections.
