Mike Franklin

Mike Franklin is a former independent councillor for Luton and Wayfield ward. He represented the ward as an independent councillor between February 2019 and May 2019, but also represented the ward as a Conservative councillor between May 2015 and February 2019.
In addition to Luton and Wayfield, Mike represented Horsted ward on Rochester-upon-Medway city council as a Conservative councillor between May 1979 and May 1991, and St Peters ward on Rochester-upon-Medway city council as a Conservative councillor between May 1976 and May 1979.
Mike has stood in four elections to Medway council and six elections to Rochester-upon-Medway city council, and has been elected on five occasions.

Voting History
