Tony Goulden is a former independent councillor for Luton and Wayfield ward. He represented the ward as an independent councillor between August 2009 and May 2011, but also represented the ward as a Labour and Co-operative councillor between May 2003 and August 2009.
In addition to Luton and Wayfield, Tony represented Luton ward as a Labour councillor between April 1998 and May 2003.
Tony served as the deputy mayor of Medway between May 2003 and May 2004.
Tony has stood in four elections to Medway council, and won each of those elections.

Voting History
Most decisions taken by councillors at meetings of the full council are made by unanimous agreement or, if the decision is disputed, by show of hands.
