Ben Heffernan

Ben Heffernan is a former Liberal Democrat councillor for Medway ward on Gillingham borough council. They represented the ward as a Liberal Democrat councillor between March 1988 and May 1994, but also represented the ward as an SDP-Liberal alliance councillor between May 1982 and March 1988.

Ben has stood in four elections to Gillingham borough council, and won each of those elections.
