An election was held in All Saints ward on 7 June 1973 to elect two councillors.
It was the first election to be held in the ward following a boundary review. the Conservatives won one of the new seats and an independent candidate won the other new seat.
Ms. D. MacDonald and C. Welsh were elected as councillors for the ward.
