An election was held in All Saints ward on 6 May 1976 to elect two councillors.
Prior to the election, an independent councillor held one of the seats and the Conservatives held the other seat. Following the election, Labour gained one of the seats from an independent councillor and the Conservatives held the other seat.
Ms. D. MacDonald and Cyril Button were elected as councillors for the ward.
