An election was held in Warren Wood ward on 2 May 1991 to elect three councillors.

Prior to the election, the Conservatives held two of the seats and the Liberal Democrats held the other seat. Following the election, the Conservatives held two of the seats and the Liberal Democrats held the remaining seat.

D. Hubbard, Nigel Major and James Armstrong were elected as councillors for the ward.
