An election was held in Weedswood ward on 2 May 1991 to elect two councillors.
Prior to the election, both of the seats were held by the Liberal Democrats. Following the election, the Liberal Democrats held both of the seats.
Doris Wheller and P. McLellan were elected as councillors for the ward.
