An election was held in Frindsbury Extra ward on 4 May 1995 to elect two councillors.
Prior to the election, both of the seats were held by the Conservatives. Following the election, Labour gained one of the seats from the Conservatives and the Conservatives held the other seat.
Tom Mason and Harry Housby were elected as councillors for the ward.
