An election was held in Warren Wood ward on 4 May 1995 to elect three councillors.
Prior to the election, the Conservatives held two of the seats and the Liberal Democrats held the other seat. Following the election, Labour gained two of the seats from the Conservatives and gained the remaining seat from the Liberal Democrats.
Derek Esterson, John Griffin and Ms. C. Herbert were elected as councillors for the ward.
