1st Baron Rochester
Lord Rochester is a former Liberal member of parliament for Rochester. He represented the constituency between December 1910 and December 1918, and also represented the constituency between February 1906 and February 1910.
During his time in parliament, Lord Rochester served as HM paymaster general.
