An election was held in Rainham North ward on 1 May 2003 to elect two councillors.
It was the first election to be held in the ward following a boundary review. The Liberal Democrats won both of the new seats.
Richard Leonard Guichard and Kenneth Henry Webber were elected as councillors for the ward.
