A by-election was held in Cuxton, Halling & Riverside ward on 23 July 2026 to elect one councillor following the death of Conservative councillor Phil Filmer.
Prior to the by-election, the seat was held by the Conservatives. Following the by-election, Reform UK gained the seat from the Conservatives.
William Burvill was elected as councillor for the ward.
