Jocelyn Russell
Jocelyn Russell is a former Liberal Democrat councillor for Rainham Mark ward on Gillingham borough council. She represented the ward between May 1996 and March 1998.
Jocelyn has stood in three elections in Medway. She has been elected on one occasion.
