Lt Col Lionel Dollery

Lionel Dollery is a former Conservative councillor for Hempstead and Wigmore ward on Gillingham borough council. They represented the ward between May 1979 and May 1987.

In addition to Hempstead and Wigmore, Lionel represented Wigmore ward on Gillingham borough council between May 1976 and May 1979.

Lionel has stood in three elections to Gillingham borough council, and won each of those elections.
