An election was held in Thames Side ward on 4 May 1995 to elect two councillors.
Prior to the election, both of the seats were held by the Liberal Democrats. Following the election, Labour gained both of the seats from the Liberal Democrats.
John Clulow and Kim Fribbins were elected as councillors for the ward.
