Gillingham North West

Gillingham North West was a single-member electoral division which elected a councillor for the first time in May 1981. The division was abolished in April 1998 when Medway ceased to form part of Kent county council.

There have been four elections in Gillingham North West division. In the last election in May 1993, the Liberal Democrats received the highest number of votes and won the seat.

Prior to 1993, voters in the division had also elected Liberal and SDP-Liberal alliance councillors.
