Frederick Bacon is a former Labour councillor for Strood South ward. He represented the ward between May 2003 and May 2007.
In addition to Strood South, Frederick represented Earl ward between April 1998 and May 2003, and Earl ward on Rochester-upon-Medway city council between May 1987 and March 1998.
Frederick has stood in three elections to Medway council and five elections to Rochester-upon-Medway city council, and has been elected on six occasions.
