Keith Ferrin is a former Conservative councillor for Gillingham South East division on Kent county council. They represented the electoral division between May 1981 and March 1998.
In addition to Gillingham South East, Keith represented Gillingham No 5 division on Kent county council between May 1977 and May 1981, and Wigmore ward on Gillingham borough council between May 1976 and May 1979.
