James Russell

James Russell is a former Liberal Democrat councillor for St Margaret's ward. He represented the ward between April 1998 and May 2000.

In addition to St Margaret's, James represented St Margaret's ward on Gillingham borough council between May 1995 and March 1998.

James has stood in three elections to Medway council and one election to Gillingham borough council, and has been elected on two occasions.
