Robert Sayer

Robert Sayer is a former Liberal Democrat councillor for Riverside ward on Gillingham borough council. He represented the ward as a Liberal Democrat councillor between March 1988 and March 1998, but also represented the ward as an SDP-Liberal alliance councillor between May 1983 and March 1988.

In addition to Riverside, Robert represented Gillingham No 5 division on Kent county council as a Liberal councillor between April 1974 and May 1977, and Wigmore ward on Gillingham borough council as a Liberal councillor between June 1973 and May 1976.

Robert has stood in seven elections to Gillingham borough council and two elections to Kent county council, and has been elected on six occasions.
