An election was held in Rochester on 8 December 1832 - 8 January 1833 to elect a member of parliament for the constituency.
It was the first election to take place in the constituency following the passing of the Great Reform Act in 1832. At this election, won both of the seats.
Ralph Bernal and John Mills were elected as the members of parliament for Rochester.
