An election was held in Lordswood and Capstone ward on 1 May 2003 to elect two councillors.
It was the first election to be held in the ward following a boundary review. The Conservatives won both of the new seats.
Alan Leslie Jarrett and David Robert Wildey were elected as councillors for the ward.
