Rochester South and Horsted

An election was held in Rochester South and Horsted ward on 1 May 2003 to elect three councillors.
It was the first election to be held in the ward following a boundary review. The Conservatives won all three of the new seats.
Nicholas Edward Joseph Brice, John Michael Ward and Ronald Edwin Hewett were elected as councillors for the ward.
