Rochester South and Horsted By-election

A by-election was held in Rochester South and Horsted ward on 8 May 2008 to elect one councillor following the resignation of Conservative councillor John Ward.
Prior to the by-election, the seat was held by the Conservatives. Following the by-election, the Conservatives held the seat.
Trevor Anthony Clarke was elected as councillor for the ward.
