Kenneth Slater is a former Liberal Democrat councillor for Horsted ward. He represented the ward between April 1998 and May 2000.
In addition to Horsted, Kenneth represented Horsted ward on Rochester-upon-Medway city council between May 1991 and March 1998.
Kenneth has stood in two elections to Medway council, two elections to Rochester-upon-Medway city council and two elections to Kent county council, and has been elected on three occasions.
