An election was held in Strood South ward on 3 May 2007 to elect three councillors.
Prior to the election, the Conservatives held two of the seats and Labour held the other seat. Following the election, the Conservatives held two of the seats and gained the reamining seat from Labour.
John Fernley Nicholas Avey, Sue Haydock and Richard Christian Andrews were elected as councillors for the ward.
