An election was held in Watling ward on 3 May 2007 to elect two councillors.

Prior to the election, the Conservatives held one of the seats and the Liberal Democrats held the other seat. Following the election, the Liberal Democrats gained one of the seats from the Conservatives and held the other seat.

Diana Smith and Herbert Crack were elected as councillors for the ward.
