An election was held in Chatham and Aylesford on 4 July 2024 to elect a member of parliament for the constituency.

The Conservatives won the previous election in 2019 with a majority of 18,540. At this election, Labour gained the seat from the Conservatives with a majority of 1,998.

Tristan John Osborne was elected as the member of parliament for Chatham and Aylesford.
