An election was held in Temple Farm ward on 2 May 1991 to elect three councillors.
Prior to the election, all three seats were held by the Conservatives. Following the election, Labour gained two of the seats from the Conservatives and the Conservatives held the reamining seat.
Ray Harris, Simon Rowan-Robinson and Christopher Cornish were elected as councillors for the ward.
