Philip Wykeham-Martin

Philip Wykeham-Martin is a former Liberal member of parliament for Rochester. He represented the constituency as a Liberal member of parliament between May 1859 and May 1878, but also represented the constituency as a Radical member of parliament between February 1856 and May 1859.
