Gillingham South

Gillingham South was a two-member ward which elected councillors for the first time in May 1997. The ward was abolished in May 2003 following a boundary review.

There have been three elections in Gillingham South ward. In the last election in May 2000, the Liberal Democrats received the highest number of votes and won both seats.

Voters in the ward have only ever elected Liberal Democrat councillors.
