Doris Wheller is a former independent Liberal Democrat councillor for Hook Meadow ward. She represented the ward as an independent Liberal Democrat councillor between May 2000 and May 2003, but also represented the ward as a Liberal Democrat councillor between April 1998 and May 2000.
In addition to Hook Meadow, Doris represented Weedswood ward on Rochester-upon-Medway city council as a Liberal Democrat councillor between March 1988 and March 1998, and as an SDP-Liberal alliance councillor between May 1987 and March 1988.
Doris has stood in two elections to Medway council and three elections to Rochester-upon-Medway city council, and won each of those elections.
