International Twinning Committee
The international twinning committee was responsible for determining the level of twinning and partnership activity between Medway and Valenciennes (France), Cadiz (Spain), Yokosuka and Ito (Japan) and Foshan (China).
The international twinning committee was replaced by the international relations committee in January 2007.
