Richard Guichard

Richard Guichard is a former Liberal Democrat councillor for Rainham North ward and a former deputy mayor of Medway. He represented Rainham North ward between May 2003 and May 2007.

Richard served as the deputy mayor of Medway between May 2005 and May 2006.

Richard has stood in eight elections in Medway. He has been elected on five occasions.

Voting History
