Barbara Kitchingham is a former Conservative councillor for Park Wood ward on Gillingham borough council. They represented the ward between May 1990 and May 1994.

In addition to Park Wood, Barbara represented Rainham ward on Gillingham borough council between May 1979 and May 1986, and Rainham ward on Gillingham borough council between June 1973 and May 1979.
