Richard Andrews is a former Conservative councillor for Strood South ward. He represented the ward between May 2007 and May 2011.
In addition to Strood South, Richard represented Strood North ward between May 2003 and May 2007, Frindsbury Extra and Chattenden ward between April 1998 and May 2003, Medway South Central division on Kent county council between May 1989 and May 1993, Hoo St Werburgh ward on Rochester-upon-Medway city council between May 1979 and May 1991, and Hoo St Werburgh ward on Rochester-upon-Medway city council between May 1976 and May 1979.
Richard has stood in four elections to Medway council, seven elections to Rochester-upon-Medway city council and two elections to Kent county council, and has been elected on nine occasions.

Voting History
