Jo Howcroft-Scott is a Labour and Co-operative councillor for Luton ward and the chair of the children and young people overview and scrutiny committee. She has represented Luton ward since May 2023.
In addition to Luton, Jo represented Luton and Wayfield ward between May 2019 and May 2023.
Jo has stood in two elections to Medway council, and was elected on both occasions.

* During the 2020 coronavirus (Covid-19) public health emergency, it was informally agreed between the two political groups to run Medway Council meetings with a reduced number of participants. This was to reduce risk, comply with Government guidance and enable more efficient meetings. Jo Howcroft-Scott's attendance rate may have been affected by this informal agreement of reduced participants.

Voting History
