Children and Young People Overview and Scrutiny Committee
The children and young people overview and scrutiny committee scrutinises services and policies relating to children's services, throughout Medway.
The committee's remit includes early years, education, youth justice, social care, children and family services and scrutiny of children's health.
The children and young people overview and scrutiny committee replaced the children and adults overview and scrutiny committee in November 2010.
Committee Members
The children and young people overview and scrutiny committee also includes independent members who are not councillors, but members of the community co-opted onto the committee because of their relevant skills, knowledge or experience.
