Bill Esterson is the Labour member of parliament for Sefton Central in Merseyside.
Bill is a former Labour councillor for River ward. He represented the ward between May 2003 and July 2010.
In addition to River, Bill represented Town ward between April 1998 and May 2003, and St Margaret's and Borstal ward on Rochester-upon-Medway city council between May 1995 and March 1998.
Bill has stood in four elections to Medway council and two elections to Rochester-upon-Medway city council, and has been elected on five occasions.

Voting History
