Mark Joy is a Conservative councillor for Rainham South West ward. He has represented the ward since May 2023.
In addition to Rainham South West, Mark represented Strood South ward as a Conservative councillor between November 2016 and May 2019, as an independent councillor between May 2015 and November 2016, and as a Ukip councillor in May 2015.
Mark has stood in four elections to Medway council, and has been elected on two occasions.
