Motion
The mayor, Councillor Baker, supported by Councillor Jarrett, proposed to exclude the press and public for the consideration of agenda item 4 (proposed addition to the capital programme - Chatham Waterfront bus station) as it contained commercially sensitive information under paragraph 3 of part 1 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.
On being put to the vote, the motion was carried.
