Howard Doe is a Conservative councillor for Rainham South East ward. He has represented the ward since May 2023.

In addition to Rainham South East, Howard represented Rainham South ward between May 2003 and May 2023, Parkwood ward between May 2000 and May 2003, Rainham Mark ward on Gillingham borough council between May 1979 and May 1995, and Central ward on Gillingham borough council between May 1976 and May 1979.

Howard has stood in seven elections to Medway council and seven elections to Gillingham borough council, and has been elected on 12 occasions.

Voting History
